James G. Murray• is a partner in the Long Beach office of Prindle, Decker & Amaro, LLP, focusing his practice on the defense of claims for hazardous substance exposure, premises liability, products liability and environmental contamination. He graduated from the University of California at Irvine in 1982. He received his J.D. degree from Loyola Law School in 1985. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1985. Mr. Murray began his legal career with the Law Firm of Schell & Delamer in Los Angeles, where he worked with Kenneth Prindle and Michael Amaro. Mr. Murray handled a wide variety of general casualty defense litigation at that firm.

In 1993, Mr. Murray joined Prindle, Decker & Amaro, where he has continued practicing casualty defense litigation. Since 1995, Mr. Murray has concentrated his practice in the defense of manufacturers and distributors of chemical products in personal injury and wrongful death actions. These cases involve complex issues of the medical causation of cancer, respiratory disease, immune dysfunction, and brain damage. Mr. Murray is a member of the California State Bar, the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel.
