Jack R. Reinholtz• attended Santa Clara University School of Law were he graduated in the top 20% of his class in 1990. In 1984, Mr. Reinholtz was a team captain of Cal. State Fullerton's Division I National Championship baseball team where he also was named to the All Conference and Honorable Mention All American Teams. He was then drafted by the Seattle Mariners' organization where he played two years in their Minor League system. A back injury forced Mr. Reinholtz' early retirement from baseball. He then completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1987.

Mr. Reinholtz joined Prindle, Decker & Amaro LLP in 1992 as an associate attorney after working for one year at the Law Firm of Shield & Smith. While working at Shield & Smith, Mr. Reinholtz met and worked for his current partners, Messrs. Andy Goetz and Gary Yardumian. Mr. Reinholtz became a partner at Prindle, Decker & Amaro in 1998. He is a member of the State Bar of California, and admitted to practice in the United States Central and Southern District Courts. He is also a member of the American Trial Lawyers Association, the California Trial Lawyers Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. His practice primarily includes the defense of multi-party construction defect litigation, products liability, medical malpractice, security guard defense, premises liability and general business litigation.
